Mr. Zaheer Ghani and Mr. Mark Shaw, fourth-generation entrepreneurs in every sense, became deeply acquainted with the family business from a young age, supporting its growth and expansion. Alongside his family contributions, Mr. Ghani achieved a separate milestone by partnering with a German Mystery Shopping and Training corporation, where he successfully established and expanded their operations in India while supporting various regional offices in managing global clients. Currently, Mr. Ghani serves as a Board Member of the Mystery Shopping Professionals Association – Asia Pacific (MSPA-AP). He held the esteemed role of President from 2022 to 2024, preceded by his tenure as Vice President, and represents the Asia Pacific Chapter on the MSPA Global Board, underscoring his dedication to advancing the industry on a global scale. In November 2024, Mr. Ghani was reappointed as President of MSPA-AP, extending his leadership for another term. Mr. Shaw brings a distinct flair for technology to his role as the Managing Lead for Future Technology, Mobility, and Design at IDS Next, a global leader in software technology solutions for the hospitality sector. His expertise and vision are instrumental in driving innovation and advancing IDS Next’s cutting-edge solutions worldwide.
