By signing up as a shopper, I acknowledge that I am not under direct employment of Shaw Hotels & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. I am engaged solely as a Mystery Shopper and must adhere to all rules, regulations, terms, and conditions outlined in this document, the shopper profile, the extended profile, the email acknowledgments, and all specific project guidelines and timelines communicated by the company. Non-compliance will result in the cancellation of audits, suspension of payments, banning from future assignments, and may include legal action, as deemed appropriate by the company, to be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India.
I declare that all information provided during registration and in subsequent forms is accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate termination of my association, forfeiture of pending dues, and initiation of legal proceedings to be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India.
I agree to strictly follow all audit mandates, guidelines, timelines, and requirements provided by the scheduler. Failure to do so will result in immediate cancellation of the audit, withholding of payment, banning from future assignments, and possible legal action initiated in the courts of Mumbai, India.
At the time of signing up, I will disclose if I am an employee of any company offering mystery shopping services. Failing to disclose this information or deliberately withholding it constitutes a breach of trust, and Shaw Hotels & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate my association, withhold payments, and initiate legal proceedings to be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India.
If I am assigned an audit for a brand where a relative, friend, or acquaintance is employed, I will immediately inform the company. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the audit, withholding of payments, banning from the system, and potential legal proceedings in the courts of Mumbai, India.
Additionally, I will refrain from accepting audits in industries where I am professionally employed. Accepting such audits will be deemed a breach of contract, and the company reserves the right to take disciplinary actions, including initiating legal proceedings in the courts of Mumbai, India.
I declare that I am not an employee, freelance editor, coordinator, or otherwise associated with any other mystery shopping company in India or abroad. If found to be associated and such information was not disclosed, Shaw Hotels & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to ban my account, withhold payments, cancel audits, and initiate legal proceedings in the courts of Mumbai, India.
I assure that during audits, I will not disclose any information regarding the assignment to staff or others at the brand. Any breach of this confidentiality agreement will result in immediate termination of the audit, banning from future assignments, withholding of payments, and initiation of legal proceedings in the courts of Mumbai, India.
Misuse of Shaw Hotels & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.’s or its clients’ logos, authority letters, or any official documents will result in immediate termination of my association. All pending dues will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken to be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India.
I agree to submit complete, accurate, and adequately documented reports, along with real-time proofs, within the stipulated time frame (typically 24–48 hours). Failing to do so will result in the cancellation of the audit and forfeiture of payment. If any legal disputes arise, they will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
I will not create multiple profiles or use fictitious names or contacts. Shaw Hotels & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate duplicate or fraudulent profiles, withhold payments, claim damages, and initiate legal proceedings to be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India.
If I am signing up as a coordinator or agency, I will declare this status during registration or assignment. I understand that failure to disclose this information will be treated as a violation, leading to suspension of dues, banning, and potential legal action to be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai, India.
I understand and agree that any legal disputes or proceedings will be governed exclusively by the laws of India and resolved in the courts of Mumbai, India.
